Luke Lysandrou
Luke began his recruitment career in 2016, specialising in white-collar construction. Starting as a 180 Delivery Consultant, he quickly progressed into a full 360 Consultant role.
He later joined another agency in the same sector, where he broke multiple sales records on his way to becoming the fastest person in company history to be promoted from Trainee to Principal Consultant.
With close to ten years of experience at the time, Luke founded LLC Recruitment in April 2024.
He recruits across production, commercial, design/technical, and executive roles, placing professionals within the D&B fit-out/refurbishment, main contracting build, and residential new build sectors.

Isabella Austin
Isabella's role sees her operate as a 180 delivery consultant, focused on sourcing top talent for temporary and permanent roles across our core sectors: D&B fit-out/refurbishment, main contracting build, and residential new build.
Isabella works closely with professionals across production, commercial, and design, supporting them in finding the right next step in their careers.
