STEP 4: INTERVIEW MANAGEMENT
We manage the full interview process and all related administration, including references, outlining job offers, coordinating offer details, and managing candidate acceptance.
STEP 5: ONBOARDING SUPPORT
We oversee the onboarding process, ensuring the candidate is fully prepared ahead of their start date, including all necessary information such as first-day expectations and key contacts.
STEP 6: FEEDBACK & REVIEW
Finally, we follow up to gather feedback on our service and identify any areas where we can continue to improve moving forward.
